User Agreement

Welcome to Jepix. This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Jepix ("we," "our," or "us") that governs your use of the Jepix image editing application ("Application"). By using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Application. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Application.

1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Application
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Application
Use the Application for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
Use the Application to infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of any person or entity

2. Age Restriction

The Application is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By using the Application, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 years old, you are not permitted to use the Application.

3. In-App Purchases

The Application offers in-app purchases of coins that can be used within the Application. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. You agree that:

You are responsible for all in-app purchases made through your device
You are responsible for keeping your payment information secure
Prices for coins may change at any time without notice
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue coin offerings at any time

4. User Content

The Application allows you to edit images ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content. By using the Application, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Application's functionality to you.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to the images you edit using the Application.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Application to:

Create, upload, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
Impersonate any person or entity
Interfere with or disrupt the Application or servers or networks connected to the Application
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Application

6. Intellectual Property

The Application, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APPLICATION.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach this Agreement.

10. Changes to Agreement

We reserve the right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Agreement on the Application and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Application after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Agreement.
